Post by Mico »

Name: Bartolomeo

Age: Looks 30ish

Description: Average height and build. Wears a dirty white silk dress shirt under which is elven mythril chain mail made in the west. He wears black spider silk trousers and a fine battered looking Gentleman's coat thats black with gold accents, this is also made from spider silk. A aged black hat sits comfortably on his head. He's acts cheerfully and nonchalantly but can be quite serious in times of danger. He's very charismatic and charming, which he exploits to its fullest potential. All together he cuts a very dashing figure. With his Fathers Guns tucked into leather leg holsters and a nasty looking cutlass tucked into his belt.

Background story: Bartolomeo's father Ludacris was a very successful pirate who raided the western coastline all the way to Gondor and was based in Forlinden. Bartolomeo's mother was from across the west sea; his Father once mentioned that she was not longed for this world. He was raised by his Fathers mother in infancy. At the age of five they moved from the coastal Forlinden to hills of Ered Luin. The reason for this move was that Forlindon was getting to hot for his Fathers liking and the fact they were direct descendants from Wanderlust Kings (wandering knights of old). He grew up in Ered Luin near the river of Lhun, his father taught his on the use of pistols and cutlass. He was happy. But this happiness only lasted until the age of twelve. His father suddenly left, answering to some unknown call, his Father left Bartolomeo with his pistols, Cutlass and effects. Bartolomeo never saw his father alive again. He was sent to live with his uncle in Bree. His uncle was a bee keeper and retired adventurer. Bartolomeo’s did not like Bree that much and often went to Hobbiton selling honey. It is here where he met Bilbo. Before he met Bilbo he was never really interested in adventuring, his Father never told him about his own adventure and His uncle only spoke of Dwarfs and mines. Bilbo told him tales of dragons, Elves, and fighting nasty Goblins (even though his uncle told him much of that but not to the same extent).By the age of eighteen he left Bree and Hobbiton to go on his own adventure. He went North in search of his Father. After seven long years of travelling and searching he found where his father was held, Carn Dûm. In this dark fortress, which was built far above in the snowy peaks, it was said that the witch king had once again risen and was building an army. He found out that a brave but small party of twenty five heroes had recently left and were marching towards Carn Dûm, led by a wizard. When Bartolomeo got there he found the group fighting off a small army of Orks deep in the dungeons of Carn Dûm. He fought alongside his father for about an hour until he was slain by a skilled Commander riding a fell beast. He and the witch king escaped. Bartolomeo swore vengeance on the Commander and was going to travel to Mordor to get it. It is then he met Gandalf. Gandalf told him that if he seeks revenge he would perish. So Bartolomeo travelled with Gandalf to the town of Dale and the Lonely Mountains. Bartolomeo then travelled to Rhun alone, after hearing tails of the unexplored origin of man. He spent many a year there before he made his way back west. Returning to the West with a troop of Gypsies, who were selling wares from the East. With them he made his way to the South to the lands of Harad, to get his guns fixed up. When he finally returned from the East he started wandering in a gypsy caravan.
