Eglasewion

Married with 3 children (son and 2 daughters). Wife and kids are all VERY musically gifted. My singing sounds more like Merry with a couple of pints in him.
I enjoy writing poetry, mostly HAIKU.
One of my favorite characters from the books was Tom Bombadil. I had hoped he would make it to the films. While I was disappointed that Ol' Tom was not to get his share of screen stardom, nonetheless I rank the films of the trilogy as the greatest in movie history.

Frodo Baggins - His sense of responsibility (and the love and support of Samwise) helps carry him through to the completion of his dreadful task.Peregrin Took - Not the least of the quartet of intrepid Hobbit heroes.Meriadoc Brandybuck - Rises to the occasion and shows his true heroic nature when needed most.Samwise Gamgee - For me, Samwise is the true hero of the saga. The stalwart friend who perseveres through to the end.
